NUMBERS IN DECEMBER 2019
The total revenue collected in December 2019, through Vahan 4 and Sarathi 4, was ~Rs. 4,094 crores. During this period:
- 16.57 Lakh vehicles were registered. Among the various vehicle types, Two Wheelers (Non- Transport) contributed with maximum 12.64 Lakh registrations. On the other hand, Petrol vehicles led the ‘Fuel Type’ vehicle registrations at 13.99 Lakhs.
- 10.28 Lakhs new licenses were issued, while various transactions on existing licenses totaled to 13.62 Lakhs, for December 2019. Furthermore, ~21.02 Lakh Learner’s Licenses were also issued during the period.
