The eTransport MMP implementation is enabled through key application modules/ components viz. Vahan, Sarathi, eChallan, mParivahan and Analytics Portal, designed and developed by the Technical Partner, NIC.
The implementation of the various components is taken care of by capable and dedicated teams, working in collaboration with each other. The fast-paced implementation is coupled with introduction of new versions/ platforms from time to time, aiding in an even better performance.
Consistent efforts to sustain this progress have enabled some notable achievements/ developments in the last month as well, which are listed below:
Overview

- Centralized Vahan 4.0 rolled out in several RTOs in the states of Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Rajasthan and Sikkim, taking the total count to 1,078 RTOs.
- Centralized Sarathi 4.0 rolled out in new RTOs in Manipur, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu, with the total count reaching to 1,097 RTOs.
- Total downloads of mParivahan Mobile App has reached 45+ lakhs
- eChallan implementation underway in Transport and Traffic departments of 13 states/ UTs, with ~50 lakh challans generated in total.
- e Challan Mobile App has been recently launched in the Motor Vehicle Department of Jammu & Kashmir, on 4th January 2019
