NUMBERS IN JANUARY 2020
The total revenue collected in January 2020, through Vahan 4 and Sarathi 4, was ~Rs. 5,066 crores. During this period:
- 17.59 Lakh vehicles were registered, wherein Two Wheelers (Non-Transport) contributed with maximum 12.66 Lakh registrations. On the other hand, Petrol vehicles led the ‘Fuel Type’ vehicle registrations at 14.48 Lakhs.
- 10.71 Lakh new licenses were issued, while various transactions on existing licenses totaled to 13.12 Lakhs, for January, 2020. Furthermore, ~19.79 Lakh new Learner’s Licenses were also issued during the period.
