Convenience tcitizens, businesses and government departments alike, along with efficiency & transparency in the various processes pertaining tRC and DL related services, being the cornerstones of eTransport Mission Mode Project (MMP), have seen much success.

Constantadvancements in the various projectmodules viz. Vahan, Sarathi, eChallan, mParivahan, Analytics, PUCC, etc., have led tremarkable achievements in the last month as well.

Some key milestones for the month of Octoberare listed, as below:

• Centralized Vahan 4.0 rolled out in 1,196RTOs
• Centralized Sarathi 4.0 rolled out in 1,329RTOs
• ~1.23Cr downloads of mParivahan Mobile App, till date
• eChallanimplementation underway in Transport and Traffic departments of 17 states/ UTs, with a total of 1.6Cr+ challans. Total Penalty collected amounts to~ Rs. 1,710 Crores
• PUCC application has been implemented in 16 states. 1.01 Crore+ PUCC already issued by ~9,141 registered PUCC centres

• Vahan 4.0:
  • Implementation of Over Dimension Carg(ODC) module, under Checkpost, in Gujarat- allowing transporter tself-declare the over dimesion of consignment/ vehicle

• Faceless transaction handling in case of scrutiny and uploading of documents

• Introduction of restriction tallow only one slot booking from one IP address, in Jharkhand

• Introduction of OTP facility in LL Services

Analytics:

• Functionality for Insurance& Permit data in VahanAlert Dashboard
• Enablement of Zoom-in functionality and Tabular view in Vahan Alert Dashboard
• Migration of Sarathi DrivingLicense index data in HDFS through Hadoop ecosytem.

eChallan:

• Implementation in 17 States: Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Odisha, Punjab, Puducherry, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh
• Generation of 1.6 Cr + eChallans (till date), with 12.73 Lakhs issued in the month of October 2019
• Total Penalty collection (till date) of ~ Rs. 1710 Crores, with Rs. 89 Crores in the month of October 2019

• Implementation in 16 states: Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Mizoram, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal
