Centralized, web-enabled Vahan 4 is implemented in 702 RTOs across 26 States in Assam, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Maharastra, Megahalya, Pondicherry, Rajasthan , Sikkim, Tamil Naidu, Tripura, Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Manipur, Odisha, Goa, Mizoram, Dadar and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Punjab and Arunachal Pradesh.

Centralized, web-enabled Sarathi 4 is implemented in 734 RTOs across 21 States in Assam, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerela, Maharastra, Megahalya, Odisha, Punjab, Pondicherry, Rajasthan , Sikkim, Tamil Naidu, Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh.

National Transport Register now contains more than 21 crore Vehicle Registration Certificates and more than 11 crore Driving License records.
