e-Transport MMP, under the aegis of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), is being implemented across the country by the Technical Partner, NIC.

The project realizes the Digital India Vision, by providing on-the-go transport-related services to citizens, Government, as well as businesses.
The centralised, web-enabled applications, VAHAN 4 and SARATHI 4, are in an advanced stage of implementation, and computerisation has been completed in over 85% of the Country’s Road transport offices (RTOs).
